They worked directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to do anything! I had an excellent experience working with Lafayette Auto Plus! I worked with Daniel, and he gave me frequent updates on the repair work being done to my van after an accident. He was honest with me and advocated for me as a customer. I had lots of questions about my repairs, and he always took time to help me understand the process. If I ever need repair done for my vehicle again, this is the company I will contact!

I had recently been in a car accident and took my car to a different collision place at first (insurance recommended) and that place had told my insurance company that some of the repairs were not caused by the initial accident and was previous damage so insurance would not cover it. The cost of the repair was $5,000 so of course I was stressing. I got a second opinion with Lafayette Auto Plus where they did a video chat with my insurance company and explained that it was in fact cased by the initial accident and insurance agreed to pay for it. If it had not been for Lafayette Auto plus going that extra mile for me I would have been in some serious debt. I had some front-end damage to my truck after a semi ran a red light and hit me.
The team took care of everything, well almost everything. I did have to bring the truck in. But really, they took care of dealing with the insurance company, keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair, and even did a detail of the interior, even though there wasn’t any damage to the cab area. The Ruby Red factory color of my f150 looked like it would be a nightmare to match, but the boys did a fantastic job, I couldn’t even tell where the factory paint stopped, and their paint job started. They are true artists, and I couldn’t be happier.

Ivan and his team did a great job refinishing a HFP lip kit and front bumper for my 2006 Civic Si. The car has seen a bunch of sun and had previous repair, and they still did a great job matching the parts the best they could.

They were quick to have the damages on my vehicle taken care of. Even faster than the original date of completion, without lack of quality. Professional and fantastic communication through the entire process! HIGHLY recommend!!
